Dear trainers!

 

The festival takes place twice a year. Fifteen-hundred people from one-hundred and twenty organizations participate in the festival.

 

The festival is nine years old and takes place in Kharkov. (Kharkov was the first capital of Ukraine.) Up to one-hundred and twenty trends, methods, and practices of psychology, training in personal and profession skills are presented during the festival in more than five-hundred workshops. Participants from more than eleven countries will be attending the festival.

 

You will have the opportunity to make in workshops (2-4 hours), present reports (10-60 minutes), offer presentations (1-2 hours), and also participate in seminars during the festival as often as you would like to. The workshops will prove to be extremely attractive due to the fact that they typically are attended by the large groups, usually from 20 to 300 people.

BENEFITS FOR TRAINERS THAT PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL

 

 

Prior to the TAVALE-Festival a large scale advertising campaign in the Ukraine and Russia will benefit trainers by:

 

1)  Thousands of students interested in training seminars will hear your name during the advertising campaign.

 

2)  Fifty-thousand students interested in training seminars will see your name provided that you agree to be on the participating trainer list four months prior to the TAVALE-Festival.

 

During the TAVALE-Festival Trainers will receive the following benefits:

 

3)  You will be seen by twelve hundred persons from the target audience that participated in the TAVALE-Festival

 

4)  You will gain exposure to 120 organizations including the training centers of Kharkov City (70 %), Kiev-city (25 %), and Russia (5 %).

9)  You will receive contact information from those who have expressed interest in you from the organizer of the TAVALE-Festival.

After TAVALE-Festival Trainers will receive the following benefits:

 

12)  During the year your advertising information will be placed for free in two Ukrainian monthly magazines ("Psychology for All" and “Unknown World"), that have a circulation of 7,000 readers.

 

13)  During the year you will have free direct mailing to advertise your activities.

 

14)  You may receive guidance to assist you in searching for a premise for your training seminars in Ukraine.

WHAT TRAINER CAN DO

1) a workshop (duration from 1 hour 20 minutes to 5 days (usually 2 hours))

2) a report from 10 minutes to 1 hour

3) a lecture from 1 hour 20 minutes to 3 hours

4) a presentation form 10 minutes to 3 hours

5) a game from 10 minutes to 6 days (usually 2 hours)

 

 

WHAT TRAINER MUST DO

Send to e-mail Tavale-festival@mail.ru the following data for each event, that you want to make at the festival:

1) Surname

3) regalia (1-15 words)

4) Name of Workshop, report etc. (1-8 words)

5) trend (for example, NLP, geshtalt,…) (1-4 words)

6) Description (1-2 sentences. What will happen at you workshop)

9) Day and time of the workshop from April, 27 to May, 6.

 

Information for catalogue (you do not have to pay for the catalogue, if there are less than 12 lines of text. If there will be more, you must pay $12 for one page of text or $6 for a half of a page).
